Terriely Jewelry is handmade using 14k, 18k or 22k Gold. Sterling Silver is also available for some designs. Gemstones are sometimes featured in our designs. All gemstones used are mostly precious stones unless otherwise noted. Please note that natural gemstones will vary slightly from piece to piece, as is expected from Mother Nature, so no two pieces will be alike. Each piece of jewelry goes through strict inspection so you can be assured of the meticulous care in the finished piece.

Ordering is easy, just click on the “Add to Shopping Cart” button for the item you like and fill your cart. Once you have selected all of the items that you wish to purchase, just proceed to “Checkout” for processing. All items have an availability date of when you can expect to receive them. Most of the time there are items in stock that can be sent to you right away, however, sometimes delays can occur. If for any reason there is a delay on your order, you will be notified via email.

We ship all orders via United States Post Office using their 2-3 day Priority Delivery service for anywhere in the continental U.S. If you absolutely have to have it sooner, please contact us at sales@terriely.com to discuss alternate shipping options and fees. All shipments are insured.

At this time, orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. The name on the credit card you use must also match the shipping address you provide. Sorry for any inconvenience this requirement may cause.

International Shipments will be verified via email prior to shipment and may incur additional shipping costs. International Shipments may take longer to process depending on customs. Please allow additional time for receipt of your order.

PAYMENT METHODS:
Visa and Mastercard or by check. If you choose to pay by check, your order will be shipped once the funds for the check have cleared.

SALES TAX: By law we are required to charge sales tax in New York. Any order shipped to New York is subject to the Sales Tax rate set for that jurisdiction.

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY:
Terriely Jewelry can be cleaned using a soft toothbrush with warm soapy water. Always avoid harsh detergents when cleaning your jewelry.

RING SIZING:
Customer is responsible for providing the ring size. We cannot be responsible for rings that do not fit due to incorrect sizing provided to us.

OUR GUARANTEE:
We stand behind the workmanship and quality of each piece of Terriely Jewelry. If your jewelry is in need of repair within six (6) months of purchase, from normal usage wear and tear, please contact our returns department at returns@terriely.com for instructions and an authorization number. Do not ship item back without an authorization number. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do everything to make sure that your shopping experience with Terriely Jewelry is a great one.

RETURN POLICY:
We want you to love your piece of Terriely Jewelry. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your order within seven (7) days (of your receipt of order) for Merchandise Credit only. Worn jewelry will not be accepted for exchange. To return an item, you need to contact our return department at returns@terriely.com and fill out our Returns Form (this will be emailed to you). Once you fill out the form, we will contact you with instructions for returning the order to us. Jewelry must be returned within seven (7) days in its original condition and packaging before credit can be issued. Please insure any returns, as we cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
